Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support for smooth operation of the IT department specifically in IT procurement activities training administration qualification administration safety management and other office administrative duties as assigned
- Provide general clerical support such as word/spreadsheet processing data entry record filing reporting stationery meeting arrangement onboarding logistics etc
- Support departmental activities and event logistics such as departmental meetings project coordination workplace administration etc
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English and Chinese Language
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in secretarial or office administrative support. Knowledge of the corporate processes and business applications such as procurement training etc. is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in common office software such as Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint OneDrive etc. Experience in using ERP is an advantage (e.g. Oracle SAP)
- Able to work independently in an organized manner with good communication skills
