Key Accountabilities
Governance:
- Deploys and ensures the application of Installation Testing and Commissioning processes by the Field team within the project.
Quality:
- Ensures the field activities are carried out correctly and on time according to the plan Alstom standards and documentation are fully followed.
- Execute Field Modification Instructions (FMI)on-site per Engineering instructions.
- Ensures Environmental Health and Safety (EHS )compliance (Zero deviation) reports and anticipates issues.
Technical Scope:
- Prepare and execute tests log analysis and test reports.
- Check compliance of Signaling systems in relation to system specification documents and contractual requirements.
- Commitment to the Project main milestones as discussed during the toolbox.
- Manages tools and ensures accurate calibration.
Communication:
- Provide daily reports through periodic Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Record Non-conformity report (NCR) making the appropriate record on the test sheets and reporting the results to system validation and the punch
- list roll-out.
- Ensures all design-related issues are correctly reported in the adequate tools including defect description and associated test
- context.
- Issues the REX (Returns on Experience lessons learned) on ITC activities and proposes updates/improvements to the
- Installation Test and Commissionig way of working/process/tools and the T&C Reference Library to optimize T&C performance.
Performance Measurement:
- Efficiency and proactivity during the execution of the T&C tests
- Compliance to (EHS) (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards
- Quality of anticipation monitoring and reporting
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field. May have equivalent education or experiences
