What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting perioperative workflow and maintaining timely theatre schedules
• Communicating effectively with surgeons anaesthetists and nursing teams
• Demonstrating sound clinical judgment and adaptability in a busy environment
• Promoting a culture of safety empathy and respect across all interactions

About You

You are a motivated and confident Nurse who takes pride in delivering exceptional care. Your calm solution-focused approach allows you thrive as part of a collaborative team and navigate challenges with professionalism.

You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in perioperative/ Scrub Scout nursing.
• Excellent communication time management and clinical decision-making skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach to patient care.

Remuneration

A base hourly rate based on experience level and qualifications:

Enrolled Nurses: $35.78 - $39.96 superannuation applicable penalty rates (QLD EEN level 1.1 2.6)

Registered Nurses: $41.89 - $54.01 superannuation applicable penalty rates (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1.2-1.8)
