Key job responsibilities
Negotiate comprehensive agreements for Spanish scripted and unscripted content leveraging deep understanding of industry regulations and intellectual property rights
Collaborate across creative production and legal teams to develop strategic deal frameworks
Provide nuanced counsel to senior executives on complex contractual matters
Analyze and mitigate potential risks in content development negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders


- Legal professional with substantial entertainment industry experience
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Comprehensive understanding of media production legal frameworks
- Proven track record in entertainment deal structuring
