Summary:

Provides campus wide support for virtually all client facing information technology systems including workstations peripherals and applications; coordinates projects; assists in the use and support of personal computer installations; implements projects as directed; analyzes diagnoses and resolves personal computer hardware operating system or general application software installation problems; coordinates internal and external staff and equipment to insure timely and accurate installations; identifies needs and assesses the scope of projects. Starting salary is $71549.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Management/Computer Information Systems Cybersecurity or a related field and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in Desktop/Systems support; or
2. Associates degree in Computer Science Management/Computer Information Systems Cybersecurity or a related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in Desktop/Systems support; or
3. High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in Desktop/Systems support.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
