Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care this role you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position requires a caring attitude reliability and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and support to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping laundry and errands as needed.
- Monitor clients health status and report any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with clients families and the care team.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while providing care.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the clients home in Northville MI.
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
- Compassionate patient and sensitive to client needs.
