Mission:
Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her unit/department in keeping with the instructions given by his/her supervisor performing the tasks delegated to him/her and learning the basic techniques of his/her field of activity.

They are responsible for implementing and monitoring mechanisms for cost control and quality control for the services provided by external suppliers in operational management of the buildings and services for employees. The duties include: tracking of conformity of services provided by external suppliers with the contract; applying penalties set forth in the SLA in contracts when needed; advising on re-negotiation and renewal of contracts in force; drawing up and distributing of a reporting system for activity control.

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Construction Management or related discipline preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control or project accounting preferably within infrastructure civil construction or P3/Design-Build environments.
Strong understanding of project cost structures work breakdown systems and financial reporting for multi-project operations.
Proficient in Excel and cost control software (e.g. Primavera SAP or equivalent ERP/project systems).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and consolidate data from multiple project teams.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
