Were looking for a motivated individual to join our Consumer Insurance team in New Zealand as a Product Specialist Consumer. This is your opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the development management and continuous improvement of Suncorps Consumer insurance products ensuring they remain competitive compliant and aligned with customer and business needs.
What Youll Do
- Support the design enhancement and lifecycle management of Consumer insurance products to ensure they remain competitive compliant and profitable.
- Collaborate with Underwriting Risk Legal and operational teams to meet governance and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and improve systems processes and documentation for efficient product management.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Assist in executing product strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Previous experience in general insurance product development is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualification in business or finance is desirable.
- Strong understanding of insurance products market trends regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially minded detail-oriented adaptable and committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
