Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Customer Service (Technical Support)

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the process
Oversee process health to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications schedules and budgets minimize delays review program status and plan future actions
Create and execute process plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Monitor and review deliverables of the team.
Participate in client calls
Direct Ownership:
People of the sub business processes
Customer Satisfaction Scores of the team
Management Reporting

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Should have a Bachelors degree or higher ( BCA/BSc Computer Science will be preferred)
Excellent technical support experience
Strong Leadership/ Team Building / Decision Making attribute
Expertise in Defining Process and ensure the implementation within the Service Delivery Organization.
Exposure to Inbound contact center business.
Good communication skills both written and oral and should be able to handle client interaction
Basic Knowledge on Microsoft Office Windows Server Operating Systems and Linux Operating Systems and their basic commands.
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Tech helpdesk experience
Customer Experience & Process Improvement
People Management
Teambuilding & Staff Supervision
Knowledge of Desktop and Servers
MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) Windows (all) Basic Networking
Certification on Hardware and Networking (A N MCP/MCSE) PowerBi Microsoft Windows Server Linux and Networking certificates would be an added advantage
