What You Will Do
Deliver direct compassionate care based on individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor and report changes in residents conditions.
Accurately document care and maintain records.
Collaborate with the care team and support residents well-being.
Ensure compliance with safety infection control and regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with residents families and staff.
Support a respectful team-oriented work environment.
Adapt to changing needs and participate in emergency response.
What You Bring
Current LPN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring and team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours as needed
