Our dynamic Organisational Development team is currently seeking to appoint an Organisational Development Specialist until 2 October 2026. You will play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement development and recognition programs that help people thrive across the Department.

What youll do:

  • Research and analyse employee experience culture and performance activities to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver engagement surveys and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and support programs for performance development recognition and succession planning.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow and project delivery.
  • Champion process improvements and continuous development across the organisation.

What were looking for:

  • Sound understanding of organisational culture workforce insights and employee engagement frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively provide excellent customer service and manage projects.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the capacity to convert complex data into clear actionable reports and presentations.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Business Management or equivalent substantial experience.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
