Job Summary
- Support student placements and engagement for inbound and outbound medical students
- Collaborate across teams internally and externally to deliver responsive service and improve processes.
- One Part-time (0.7 FTE) appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $83212 $92231p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
College Services provides academic administration and technical support services to the Universitys schools including Heads of School academic staff and research students. The team is committed to providing effective and efficient services in support of the Schools and Universitys strategic objectives with a focus on continuous improvement and best practice. The School Operations team provides academic support services and general administrative support to the Universitys Schools.
About the opportunity
- Deliver a range of admin support across research teaching and engagement.
- Work collaboratively to ensure high-quality responsive service.
- Apply initiative and policy knowledge to improve processes and support school operations.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing spreadsheets databases internet and email.
- Ability to work independently show initiative and work productively as part of a team Commitment to providing a high level of quality customer service.
