Trinity Anglican School (TAS) operates Early Learning Centres (ELC) at both its Kewarra Beach and White Rock campuses. Recently the ELC expanded its offerings to include prekindergarten programs for children aged 23 complementing the existing kindergarten programs for children aged 45.

We are seeking a qualified Lead Educator who is passionate about creating educational and fun learning experiences for our children at our White Rock campus. TAS inspires curious learners through nature-based hands-on play and inquiry-based discovery that promotes social cognitive physical and emotional development. Do you have the following

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or similar qualification) or working towards attainment or
Experience in Early Learning education and care preferably kindergarten age
Certificate CPR (HLTAID009)
Certificate - First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012)

Are you a team player who

Communicates well both verbally and in writing.
Has a child friendly and nurturing disposition.
Can assist with the planning implementation and evaluation of a high-quality program this includes contributing to the QIP.
Understands the My Time Our Place framework and can apply it.
Is reliable flexible and demonstrates tact and discretion.
Demonstrates initiative and flexibility.
Has the ability to work towards a centre of excellence.
Can use the Microsoft Office suite with the ability to learn
Is willing to undertake the Responsible Person role in the Nominated Supervisors absence.
