職務内容
ポジション名 TR OperationHR Support II (Tokyo)
以下の業務およびその他の関連業務を担当します
- トータルリワードオペレーションチームの一員として営業インセンティブプランをはじめとする報酬Compensationおよび福利厚生Benefits関連業務の運用サポートを中心に担当し各種オペレーションを支援します
- ServiceNowで受け付けたトータルリワード関連の問い合わせについて迅速に対応処理します
- 継続的なプロセスおよび品質改善に関する部門横断型プロジェクトに参加します
- 課題を特定しソリューションおよびプロセス改善を実施するチームをサポートします
- 人事プロセスワークフロー指標システムの最適化を推進します
- 各種人事プロセスの効率化自動化セルフサービス化を促進するシステム要件の定義をサポートします
- 人事労務業務補佐など
勤務地 品川本社 (遠方からの在宅勤務可)

Total Reward Operation部門は従業員の報酬や福利厚生に関する運用管理を専門とする部門ですグローバルおよびリージョナルレベルで公正かつ競争力のある報酬体系や福利厚生プログラムの導入運用を通じて従業員の満足度向上と組織の成長を支援しています各種報酬福利厚生施策の実施運用プロセスの最適化継続的な品質改善にも積極的に取り組んでいます
Must Haves
Job Experience
- 3年以上の社会人経験人事報酬福利厚生関連業務の経験があれば尚可
Skill / Knowledge
- Microsoft Excel Outlook PowerPoint
- 一般的な人事労務に関する知識
- 細部への注意力規程や条件に基づき正確に支給額を算出できる方
Competency
- 業務遂行力複数の業務を正確かつ効率的に進める力
- 秘密保持倫理観個人情報や機密事項を適切に取り扱える
- 柔軟性状況やニーズの変化に柔軟に対応できる
- 英語の読み書きに抵抗がなく簡単なビジネスコミュニケーションができる翻訳ツール常時使用可
- ITリテラシー業務システムやツールを活用できる
Education
- 学士以上学部学科は問わない
