Facilitate uplifting inclusive groups for LGBTIQA young people in Greater Shepparton.
As the Program Facilitator for Being Our Best Brave youll create uplifting safe and inclusive spaces where LGBTIQA young people (1218 years) in Greater Shepparton can build confidence connection and wellbeing.
Youll deliver interactive strengths-based workshops and activities that support young people to explore their identity build peer relationships and strengthen their vocational and educational pathways.
Working closely with the Youth Services team youll play a hands-on role in shaping a positive empowering experience for young people while championing visibility inclusion and belonging.
The role is part-time (15.2 hours per week) and funded for a maximum term of 2 years. We are flexible on days except for Tuesday when we all get together in the office. Wed also consider shorter hours across three days if that works better for you.
In addition to a base salary of SCHADS Level 3 from $38.65 per hour super youll also receive 17.5% leave loading and can access the following:
