Job Summary


  • Manage daily operations of the Club Lounge and staff scheduling.

  • Ensure seamless service during breakfast tea time and evening cocktails.

  • Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle VIP requests or complaints.

  • Monitor inventory of lounge supplies and coordinate with F&B and housekeeping.

  • Uphold hygiene safety and quality standards.

  • Train and motivate team members to deliver superior service.

  • Prepare reports on guest feedback service issues and lounge performance.



Requirements


  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in hospitality ideally in a lounge F&B or front office role.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent English; additional languages (German Russian) are a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on guest experience.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
