Job Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed kitchen(s) according to the standards set by the Executive Chef.
The Commis Chef position is responsible for assisting in the individual aspects of respective kitchen section in meeting the set standard.
Qualifications :
- Previous 5-star hotel experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership interpersonal and training skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- With 1 year experience in similar role
