As a Customer Support Agent youll be on the front line of our customer journey. Youll handle a wide range of inquiriesfrom simple questions to technical challengesand turn them into positive helpful experiences. Every conversation is a chance to create value for our customers and help shape how they see ABAX.
What Youll Be Doing
- Responding to incoming calls emails and chat messages with professionalism and a helpful attitude
- Troubleshooting technical issues and answering system-related tax or data privacy questions
- Logging all customer interactions accurately and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting customer training sessions events and identifying upselling opportunities or leads when appropriate
What Makes You a Great Fit
Training and support will be providedwhat matters most is your mindset and willingness to learn but whether youre a seasoned professional or new to the field with a year of experience wed love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience in a customer-facing or technical support role ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy problem-solving and are curious about tech and digital tools
- Can stay organised multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Speak and write fluently in English and Swedish; Norwegian is a bonus
- A proactive customer-centric approach with a passion for going the extra mile
