Role Responsibilities
Maintaining hardware software and school network systems
Classroom tech support interactive screens printers devices
User management password resets & access permissions
Assisting with IT upgrades and development projects
Responding to staff and student support tickets
Requirements
Previous IT support experience (education desirable)
Knowledge of Windows networks troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
Ability to prioritise and manage workload independently
