Job Summary
A forward-thinking secondary school in Bedford is seeking to appoint a confident and committed Teacher of Art for an immediate start. The role is full time and available on a long-term basis with the strong potential to become permanent.

The Role
You will teach Art across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the opportunity to support post-16 delivery if desired. The role involves:
Delivering engaging and structured practical Art lessons
Supporting GCSE coursework and examination preparation
Contributing to displays exhibitions and enrichment activities
Working collaboratively with the wider creative faculty
This is a balanced role that suits a teacher who enjoys both structure and creativity.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will:
Hold QTS and a degree in Art or a related subject
Have recent experience teaching Art in a secondary setting
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
Be well organised and confident in practical delivery
Show commitment to raising attainment through creative learning
