We are currently seeking a dynamic innovative and dedicated Design & Technology Teacher to join a successful and forward-thinking secondary school in Swindon. About the Role
Teaching DT across KS3KS4 (KS5 opportunities available depending on specialism)
Delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Supporting students with coursework design portfolios and practical assemblies
Contributing to extra-curricular and enrichment activities
Engaging in regular CPD and collaborative departmental planning
Maintaining high expectations for behaviour progress and presentation
Playing a role in the wider school community through events and cross-curricular work

Experience and Qualifications
Degree in DT Product Design Engineering or related subject
PGCE with QTS
Strong practical and technical workshop skills
Excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to inspiring young designers
Confident in delivering safe and effective practical lessons

Salary
Paid to scale MPS/UPS.
