Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Stage Director: Instructing Drama across Key Stages 3 4 (GCSE) and 5 (A-Level).
- Performance Coach: Driving high attainment by fostering expressive performance skills complex textual analysis and sophisticated understanding of theatrical conventions.
- Production Manager: Overseeing school productions coordinating technical requirements and managing student crews.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in Drama or Theatre Studies and QTS. Experience teaching Drama to A-Level is essential.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers Pay Scale (M/UPS).
