Job Summary

Project preparation in team: go over the assignment briefing check the documented instructions (planning instructions lifting plans etc.).

Focus on safety: always apply safety regulations (those of the site and of Sarens itself) complete the LMRA (Last Minute Risk Analysis) ensure that colleagues/clients/suppliers follow safety rules and take additional safety measures when needed.

Assist with crane assembly and disassembly.

Guide loads during lifting operations: act as the eyes of the crane operator directing movements and providing accurate and clear information to the crane operator.

Attach loads during lifting operations: correctly connect the crane hook to the load.

Properly manage lifting equipment. Depending on the assignment or client work independently or as part of a team of riggers.
