We are looking for an enthusiastic detail-oriented and highly communicative Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic this role you will be instrumental in supporting the recruitment functions within our HR team. As a key player in our fast-paced and vibrant organization youll engage with a global network of candidates and contribute to shaping the future of Absolute Internship.

Proposed Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: from job posting to offer letter
  • Work closely with an Application Tracking System to keep track of candidates journeys and update decision makers when necessary
  • Coordinate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
  • Create and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms
  • Research and help implement new tools and recruitment platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams
  • Help implement and test new recruitment platforms and tools
  • Propose improvements to current recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience

IDEAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator a passionate team player good under pressure and fast on their feet.

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment HR or a related field (internships count!)
  • Proven ability to thrive in an international multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter ATS tools) and job boards is highly desired
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Psychology Business or related fields
  • A degree (or in progress) in Human Resources Psychology Business or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a growth mindset to tackle new challenges.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity
  • Positive Attitude You think nothing is impossible
  • Goal oriented You possess an acute sales instinct and aim to exceed your goals
