Interior Architect (mfd) with a focus on Graphic Design

Since our launch in early 2022 we have grown into an innovation leader in specialty bakery and coffee with more than 50 locations in 10 countries and we are far from done. With new stores opening across Europe and further expansion into Asia and America in preparation our brand world is constantly evolving and needs strong spatial and visual identities.

Our concept of specialty bakery and coffee is all about experience from bold flavours to a distinctive design language that turns every visit into a lifestyle moment. As Interior Architect (m/f/d) with a focus on Graphic Design you translate this brand experience into inspiring spaces: you create stores that guide delight and stay in peoples minds long after the last bite.

If you love combining interior design branding and storytelling enjoy experimenting with materials light and graphics and want to shape a rapidly growing international brand environment this role is the perfect fit for you.

Tasks

• Development and design of our international store concepts from initial idea to implementation.
• Development of holistic spatial and usage concepts including lighting colour and material concepts.
• Space planning furnishing and detailed elaboration from moodboard to final floor plan incl. creation of high-quality renderings.
• Design and integration of graphic elements in the store: wall design guidance systems neon signs and packaging ideas.
• Creation of visual presentations layouts and design guidelines for internal and external communication.
• Close collaboration with the branding architecture marketing and franchise teams
• Preparation of concept and design documents for presentations and production approvals.

Requirements

• Completed degree in interior architecture communication design scenography or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in retail design interior branding or spatial design is a plus.
• Confident use of common planning and project management software.
• Very strong sense for brand aesthetics materials and spatial impact.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and appealing visual solutions
• Excellent English skills written and spoken; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Independent structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Team player high level of commitment intercultural competence and willingness to travel.

Place of work: remote in Barcelona 2-3 times a week co-working space in Barcelona (in the future permanently in the Barcelona office).
