Job Summary
Currently Recruit 121 is seeking a Business Process Manager to support a global External Manufacturing & Supply organisation undergoing rapid expansion.
You will join a central team responsible for PMO and Master Data Operations for external manufacturing globally.
This is a highly collaborative role working with technical experts such as production planners and PMO specialists. Your key value is the ability to turn technical complexity into clear business-friendly global operating procedures SOPs work instructions and process documentation that can be used reliably across international operations.
Tasks
- Translate process mapping and gap assessments into clear global business procedures
- Write and maintain GOPs SOPs work instructions and operational documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts to capture and standardise processes
- Support global process alignment across external manufacturing partners
- Drive change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Support KPI metrics and performance tracking where relevant
Requirements
- Strong experience in process documentation (GOPs SOPs work instructions)
- Business process management with a track record in global standardisation
- Background in manufacturing or supply chain operations
- Experience with SAP operations (execution planning purchasing goods movement)
- Process mapping and gap analysis capability
- Effective change management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
