Job Summary
Tech Lead / Developer (Part-Time) Mutumutu Project
At Creative Dock we build companies from scratch. We are venture builders not an ordinary software house. We value autonomy reliability and technical excellence. For our Mutumutu project were looking for a special type of developer: part tech lead part back-end engineer and 100% reliable.
This is not a full-time role (yet) but theres a high possibility of it evolving into one as we grow or spin up new projects. If you thrive in ownership-heavy entrepreneurial environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity while making strong technical decisions this is your playground.

What Were Looking For
A self-reliant Tech Lead / Developer with the ability to:
- Take ownership of backend systems and architecture
- Lead development initiatives with autonomy
- Provide technical direction especially around microservices and infrastructure
Must-Have:
Strong experience with ideally with:
- Sequelize
- Mocha
Familiarity with REST APIs GraphQL
Experience with PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ
Working knowledge of Docker
Experience with Kubernetes (or strong willingness to ramp up quickly)
Fluent Czech speaker
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with React or React Native
- Basic knowledge of Python (our scoring engine is written in it)
- Experience working in agile fast-paced environments
- Previous startup or venture-building exposure
