This role involves leading digital strategy technology adoption process automation cloud modernization and integration efforts to help the organization transition to a future-ready digital environment. The ideal candidate has proven leadership in delivering transformative programs a strong understanding of modern architectures and the ability to collaborate across diverse business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives including strategy definition solution development implementation and continuous optimization.

Assess current-state technology and business processes to identify opportunities for modernization and automation.

Oversee large enterprise transformation projects involving cloud migration application reengineering and platform integration.

Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Drive adoption of modern digital platforms tools and best practices such as AI/ML RPA DevOps and Data Analytics.

Develop transformation roadmaps success metrics and governance frameworks.

Provide architectural guidance technology selection recommendations and solution design oversight.

Manage vendor relationships technology evaluations resources budget and project timelines.

Ensure compliance with security regulatory and operational standards.

Mentor teams and enable capability building within development and operations groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications -
12 years of experience in digital transformation enterprise technology modernization or related engineering leadership roles.

Strong background in designing and implementing large-scale digital platforms cloud architectures and modernization strategies.

Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

Proven expertise in automation process optimization DevOps practices and integration technologies.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and enterprise program management.

Solid understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML RPA analytics API ecosystems microservices).

Strong communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Ability to work across multiple teams and lead complex digital initiatives.
