Job Summary
Key Deliverables:
1. Lead Conversion Production and Maintenance Process:
- Should be able to make proper production plan with reference to the business demand.
- Should be able to efficiently handle the Operation Process by adhering to schedule and timelines.
- Must have adequate expertise to know the pulse of machine and plan for maximum machine availability.
- Implement best-practice manufacturing methods and introduce new practices and systems to improve productivity yield and quality.
- Striving for improvement in Technology for attending maximum automation.
- Design and deploy initiatives to enhance productivity reduce costs and improve overall efficiency.
2. EHS & Quality adherence:
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Identify Risks though audits and periodic reviews and direct actions to mitigate them.
- Drive Energy Optimisation programs.
- Ensure safety awareness at all levels of the operations involvement of all Employees and Managers in safety initiatives.
- Support strategy and best practices in quality vision policies processes and procedures to improve business performance.
- As a unit Head to Lead and manage the quality function to deliver consistent in quality.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
