Job Summary
Implement Change Requests & Projects as per best practices within agreed timelines/SLAs
Conduct workshops gather requirements finalize scope configure design & deploy best-fit solutions
Lead cross functional team(s) to deliver projects
Deploy right testing approach and perform testing diligently covering both positive and negative scenarios
Support business users in performing UAT and obtain sign-off
Manage production releases via Solution Manager (ChaRM)
Prepare and maintain various project documentation
Conduct end user training including creation/maintenance of training material
Handle data migration and cutover activities familiarity with LSMW and other tools
Engage with internal project governance teams to ensure excellence in delivery and quality
Provide regular production support
Connect and manage stakeholder expectations
Conduct regular status reviews with business teams
