Multimedia Marketing Internship

What You Will Do:

As a Multimedia Intern you will play a central role in developing visual content that showcases our simulators products and user stories. This is a creative hands-on role for someone who loves to take a concept from idea to finished product. Youll be working closely with the marketing team to shape compelling visual narratives through high-quality videos and graphic design.

1. Video Production & Editing

• Conceptualize and storyboard short-form and long-form video content for web social media and presentations
• Capture original footage and in-simulator screen recordings that demonstrate product capabilities and training scenarios
• Script and plan video shoots in collaboration with the team
• Edit and produce professional-level video content with a strong sense of pacing storytelling and brand alignment
• Ensure all video content maintains a consistent visual identity and high production quality

1. Graphic Design & Visual Storytelling

• Develop the layouts and graphic design for marketing collateral material like flyers and brochures (texts will be provided by others)
• Create static and animated visuals that clearly communicate complex concepts and product features to support campaigns web updates product marketing and event presence
• Contribute to shaping the visual language of the VSTEP brand across various channels
• Creative Collaboration & Initiative
• Take initiative in proposing content ideas and identifying storytelling opportunities
• Work closely with brand managers to understand key messages and translate them into visual formats.
• Participate actively in creative discussions bringing a visual perspective to the table

• Looking for an internship position or graduation project as part of you education or studies.
• Enrolled in a multimedia-design marketing or communications-related program.
• Proactive detail-oriented and organized.
• A visual thinker who enjoys working both independently and with a team.
• Located in The Netherlands

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Photoshop Illustrator Canva).
• Strong interest in content creation marketing and storytelling.
• A Dutch working permit and you are based in the Netherlands.

• A flexible hybrid work environment based in Rotterdam.
• You can choose your own working hours between 07:00 and 19:00.
