ROLE SUMMARY:
The Head of eCommerceis responsible forshaping andleading theexecutionour commercialecommercestrategyusing our brands to create sales resultsthrough 1P and 3Pecommchannels. The role involves overseeing all aspects of our eCommerce business which has two core pillars: first ismanaging the relationship of our eCommerce partners building those partnerships to mutual value &growthanddelivering commercialsales and shareresults through awell-plannedand executedgo-to-market strategy. The second issupporting sales regions with theircustomersecommagendas which supports a wide spectrum of conversations from starting in theecommchannel tosophisticatedcapabilities like digital assortment and digital shelf optimization.This roleis responsible forcreating and executing a robust eCommerce strategy that aligns with our overall business goals ensuring our online presence reflects the premium quality and unique attributes of our products. Byleveragingindustry insights advanced digital shelf analytics and innovative digital solutions this role aims to maximize onlinesales& share create unique ways to connect our brands to consumers and deliver exceptional digital shelf experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute ecommerce strategy to drive growthinecommchannel whilealigningwith businessobjectives. Set and manage KPIs to track performance and success.
Analyze financial and digital media data toidentifygrowth opportunities andoptimizecampaigns.
Manage and mentor ecommerce team fostering a high-performance culture.
Provide expert thought leadership to sales regions supporting their key customers ecommercepriorities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including our brand marketingand brand activationteam to ensure cohesiveand creativeexecution of brand initiatives.
Manage and bring to growth relationship withecommercepartners like UberDoorDashand Instacart.
Develop and manage the ecommerce budget and other resources ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision making and planning.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATONS:
Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in business development CPGsalesand/or eCommerce management
Proventrack recordof driving significant online sales growth & managing successful digital platforms both 3P party and owned 1P.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and media strategies media measurement and digital creative excellence.
Excellent leadership communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiencyin eCommerce measurement tools (CommerceIQ) analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and CRM systems.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
P&L management financialresultsand commercial strategy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
