Shift: Nights (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Positions: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Shift & Role Requirements

• Prefer open shift availability

• Float Pool coverage across units

• Adult Psych experience required

• Strong de-escalation skills a must

Position Overview

Certified Nurse Aides support residents with everyday needs and help maintain a therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with bathing dressing oral care and personal hygiene

2. Performing health tasks such as vital signs specimen collection and assisting during emergencies

3. Transporting residents to appointments and providing support as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Montana CNA Certification

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or group home setting

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Accurate observation and documentation abilities

• Cooperative constructive team communication

• Basic knowledge of personal hygiene care

• 1 year of travel contract experience (required)

• CPI Certification highly desired
