Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established family-owned agency that has been in business for over 85 years. This position offers a hybrid work schedule following a brief in-office training period.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $80000 annually
- Health Insurance: 90% employer-paid
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse book of business with accounts ranging from $5000 to $100000 in premium totaling approximately $350000 in revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in industries such as manufacturing retail restaurants real estate and construction
- Handle standard servicing responsibilities including policy changes endorsements and renewals
- Collaborate with the marketing team for quoting new and renewal business
- Utilize agency management systems (EPIC preferred) to maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in commercial lines account management
- Technical Skills: Experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred)
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Location: Must be local and able to work in-office for 2 days per week
