The MCN Springfield Location Administrator will provide leadership for the advanced day-to-day operation and student support of the Mennonite College of Nursing Springfield location. This includes all facilities function/reporting faculty support student services student academic advisement health and safety compliance data tracking and reporting faculty support and IT support.
This position will work with all levels of Mennonite College of Nursing staff to direct the delivery of an exceptional nursing education experience to the Springfield students. This position is required to independently deliver clear and concise decision making messaging and support to visitors employees students and external constituents while managing/prioritizing deadlines and handling emergent needs.

$56000 - $58920 annual
1. Bachelors degree
2. Minimum of 1 year (12 months) of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in student affairs/services working directly with students customer service/support healthcare or healthcare administration
3. Demonstrated experience tracking managing and reporting highly technical confidential and sensitive information and data
4. Ability to interact and work effectively in a team environment and with a diverse constituency
5. Ability to exercise a high degree of customer service professionalism dependability accuracy and confidentiality
6. Ability to prioritize and complete numerous different projects with different deadlines
7. Microsoft Office experience

3. Experience with academic advising and student recruitment.
Core hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. Occasional evening and weekend availability required.

The Civil Service examination for this classification is based on your application materials and responses to the supplemental questions. No participation other than submission of applicant materials is required from applicants that qualify to take the exam. If you meet the minimum required qualifications for this position you will receive a score calculated based on your education and experience and your name will be placed on the active employment register by exam score. After the application deadline the names within the top three scores will be referred to the department for interview. The active register for this classification will be voided when the position is filled.
