Job Summary
Job Title: Customer Communication Services Executive
Final Work Location: Ahmedabad (Mandatory Relocation for Selected Candidates)
This role requires relocation to Ahmedabad where selected candidates will join our growing customer operations division.
The role primarily focuses on delivering customer support through non-verbal communication channels. Candidates must demonstrate professional writing standards problem-solving abilities and a commitment to service excellence.
Position Responsibilities
Provide written assistance across multiple digital platforms
Ensure resolution accuracy and superior customer experience
Maintain professionalism in all communication
Candidate Profile
High School Diploma or equivalent
Freshers acceptable; prior customer service experience is advantageous
Excellent written English capability
Proficiency with computers and typing
Flexibility for rotational schedules including night shifts
Compensation Structure
CTC with PF insurance shift allowance and night cab facilities.
