What awaits you/ Job Profile	As a Field Data Analyst for Automatic Transmission you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards for BMW Groups automatic transmissions. You will be responsible for collecting analyzing and forwarding field data to identify and address quality issues early on. Your work will involve regular evaluation of TSARA cases in specific markets clustering fault patterns using FBM diagnostic tools and recognizing new fault patterns. You will collaborate closely with suppliers by processing and forwarding essential information to support continuous quality improvements. What should you bring along	Strong understanding of overall vehicle functions and automatic transmission systems Experience in vehicle diagnostics particularly with On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) Ability to work in a structured and independent manner to identify new fault patterns Capability to present complex data clearly and concisely including graphical representation Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and suppliers
Must have technical skill	Proficient knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and vehicle technology Experience with TSARA case evaluation and FBM tool usage for fault pattern analysis Advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
Good to have Technical skills	Prior experience in automotive quality assurance or field data analysis Familiarity with data visualization tools or scripting for automation Knowledge of supplier quality management processes
