We are lookingto recruit an experiencedindividualto join our established team. Reporting to ourFinance ManagerourSystems Accountantlead the development and implementation of systems to support and aid the provision of finance related services to theorganisation.
Inaddition we are looking for candidatesthat have apassion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.
Whatdo ourSystems Accountantdo;
Develop and improve finance systems to meet business information needs driving automation and efficiency.
Lead process automation initiatives and deliver minor system enhancements for day-to-day transactions.
Collaborate with ICT and software providers to assess and implement system improvements aligned with evolving business requirements.
Design andmaintainfinancial reporting frameworks including dashboards KPIs and ad-hoc tools while providing training for staff.
Ensure system integrity and user support including troubleshooting audits documentation and continuous improvement projects.
Whatwe are lookingfor;
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA)Desirable
Experience of working in a finance environment and working with a finance team
Ability to work pro-actively and under own initiative
Experience ofidentifyingand addressing data anomalies
Influential and able to build relationships with stakeholders
Experience of developing business processes including controls to address risks
