Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives that support our clients global transformation. The first major focus will be the implementation and optimization of the E-Commerce platform followed by cross-functional projects spanning digital experience operational excellence global marketing and commercial enablement.

Responsibilities: and nbsp;

Lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with and nbsp;strategic priorities and timely high-quality delivery.
Develop project charters detailed plans timelines and governance structures to support and nbsp;effective execution.
Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders from IT Marketing Operations Finance and nbsp;and Commercial teams. and nbsp;
Manage project risks dependencies and change requests proactively. and nbsp;
Ensure clear communication and transparency across all project phases. and nbsp;
Track KPIs and deliverables to measure project success and impact.
Prepare and deliver progress reports executive summaries and stakeholder updates. and nbsp;
Support continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across the organization. and nbsp;

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Management IT or a related field.
35 years of proven experience in project management or program delivery ideally in an and nbsp;international matrixed organization. and nbsp;
Experience with digital transformation or E-Commerce projects is a strong plus. and nbsp;
Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills. and nbsp;
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with attention to detail. and nbsp;
Familiarity with agile and traditional project management methodologies. and nbsp;
Fluent in English (German is a plus).
