RSA Marketing Operations Advisor: this role is an integral pillar to the success of the Marketing organization. This individual will work in close partnership with teams that specialize in building integrated marketing campaigns global operations customer segmentation and customer relationship marketing. Additionally this individual will play a key role in creating and coordinating our marketing campaigns and programs partnering internally with sales and customer success teams. To be successful in this role the individual must be highly organized with excellent communication skills and attention to detail while able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and scheduling multiple marketing emails per week for customers prospects and partners
- Collaborate with the web and design teams to set website landing pages and forms
- Support the marketing/sales organization by owning routing scoring cleaning deduping of post-event leads
- Building campaigns nurture email flows in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (previously known as Pardot)
- Evaluate and optimize current automation rules and engagement programs
- Maintain a centralized customer/prospect/partner database and segment target lists for campaigns
- Collaborate with CRM admins to ensure data is syncing accurately between MAP and CRM
- Setup and manage customer prospect and partner webinars
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Computer Science
- 3-5 years of experience with at least 2 years in an operations role
- Proficiency with a marketing automation platforms (Pardot Marketo Eloqua other)
- HTML and CSS knowledge for creating landing pages forms and emails
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis
- Excellent communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of business processes and systems
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
