ABOUT THE ROLE
Optimize the sale of Yassir products by developing the corporate customer portfolio in the sector;
Ensure the development and management of its customer portfolio.
TASKS
- Promote the companys services and contribute to the development of its brand awareness
- Develop a portfolio of prospects
- Analyze and understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions in coordination with the manager
- Manage customer portfolio in compliance with procedures
- Onboard new customers and train them on the application;
- Develop sales proposals in line with company policy
- Participate in achieving business objectives and increasing sales.
- Meet variable targets set by line manager and management
- Pass on invoices to customers on time
- Monitor collection of unpaid invoices from the customer portfolio in collaboration with the Back-office Supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma and/ortraining in Commerce - Marketing ;
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques;
- Excellent knowledge of negotiation techniques;
- Computer skills;
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to listen rigor and integrity;
- Sense of confidentiality
