Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead channel marketing strategy and calendar planning base on by category annual plan. And set clear marketing campaign target and KPI to ensure both in/external seamless cooperation and support to nail down the detailed plan and 100% execution for maximized campaign output.
  • Closely work with channel team to catch up the new marketing trend and initiated new shopper engagement approaches to enhance marketing agility & Channel partnership via joint marketing campaign/strategic project cooperation.
  • Take ownership for continues improvement from campaigns investment efficiency and make guideline with campaign purpose on how to deliver the good performance and how to judge ROI from media investment.
  • Closely work with category & media team to optime paid media performance and adjust base on real time performance and work out campaign review.
  • As a core initiator & connection bridge with internal RBU team and external channel team to continuously improve the shopper decision journey via content paid media store engagement campaign CRM live stream etc.
  • Conducting industry/market research and benchmark analysis to generate outside-in perspectives.
  • Closely work with category sales & data team for Ali paid media strategy incl. new shopper targeting loyal shoppers activation drive specific traffic to help big promotion boost and etc.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelors / Masters Degree

Minimum required Experience:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce management for leading consumer brands;

-Familiar with e-commence market place development with proven track of record;

-Consumer industry domestic appliance or FMCG industry experience is preferred;

-Strong communication and presentation skills;

-Positive self-motivated

-Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders on various levels.
