Job Summary
Traditional Trade Seller
About the Role
Ensure proper product distribution and achievement of sales targets within the assigned area.
What You Will Do
Identify development opportunities for brands and portfolios.
Ensure the timely implementation of scheduled activities in the assigned area.
Manage sell-out coverage distribution and DOI for the zone.
Monitor the performance of the sales force.
Develop training plans for the sales force based on identified needs in coordination with the Zone Executive.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines by the assigned distributors.
Monitor competitor activities and any variables that may impact the zones performance reporting them promptly.
Participate in scheduled meetings with the sales force at the distributors.
Manage operations in alignment with company guidelines.
Who You Are
Minimum education: Bachelors degree or Technical degree in Administration Marketing or related commercial fields.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
At least 1 year of experience in the mass consumption industry as a field sales representative or promoter preferably in mass consumption distributors.
Reside in the northern area of Trujillo.
