Job Description:

This role is a mini Chief of Staff supporting the founder in strategy and hands-on execution across operations product and marketing for an early-stage AI SaaS startup. Youll drive efficiency by building automation systems with technical tools expanding team capacity in a fast-moving ambiguous environment and contributing across all business functions with a strategic mindset.

What you will do:

• Handle strategic thinking and hands-on execution across operations product marketing and sales.

• Identify repetitive tasks and build technical automation solutions (e.g. n8n Zapier Python) to eliminate them.

• Collaborate closely with the founder to expand team capacity and drive key initiatives in an ambiguous fast-moving environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven automation mindset with technical capability to build solutions using tools like Python n8n or Zapier.

• Strategic generalist with a strong desire for progression into product sales or strategic business roles.

• Comfortable with ambiguity fast-shifting priorities and hands-on execution in an early-stage startup.
