Job Description:
This role is a mini Chief of Staff supporting the founder in strategy and hands-on execution across operations product and marketing for an early-stage AI SaaS startup. Youll drive efficiency by building automation systems with technical tools expanding team capacity in a fast-moving ambiguous environment and contributing across all business functions with a strategic mindset.

What you will do:
Handle strategic thinking and hands-on execution across operations product marketing and sales.
Identify repetitive tasks and build technical automation solutions (e.g. n8n Zapier Python) to eliminate them.
Collaborate closely with the founder to expand team capacity and drive key initiatives in an ambiguous fast-moving environment.
The ideal candidate:
Proven automation mindset with technical capability to build solutions using tools like Python n8n or Zapier.
Strategic generalist with a strong desire for progression into product sales or strategic business roles.
Comfortable with ambiguity fast-shifting priorities and hands-on execution in an early-stage startup.
