As an HR Operations Partner - EMEA a summary of your role involves:
Outcomes Sought:
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding and contractual changes.
- Manage all Employee Relations cases such as Disciplinaries Grievances Restructures and Settlement Agreements.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and provide guidance to the business on HR-related matters.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Build strong trusted relationships with business stakeholders to support operational excellence.
- Manage all business-as-usual (BAU) regional HR activities.
- Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of future associates aligned to EMEAs strategic priorities.
- Nurture and sustain relationships with current associates/contractors on the bench to ensure engagement and readiness for assignments.
- Partner with our Global Talent Acquisition Team (TA) to provide complete and accurate requirements before sourcing begins.
- Manage the associate/contractor newsletter ensuring timely communication of key assignment dates and updates.

- Strong organizational and communication skills with experience managing newsletters or internal communications.
Desirable skills:
- CIPD qualified.
- Experience working in professional services consulting or technology sectors.
