Job Summary

Come join our Roaring Fork Family Practice Team as a PRN (as needed) Clinic Medical Assistant! Located in Carbondale CO

As the Clinic Medical Assistant you will:

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

Performs all clinical duties per licensed health care provider or delegation of a registered nurse designated specifically by the clinic.
Provides assistance to licensed health care providers and nursing staff for general patient assessments rooming patients procedures treatments filing/retrieving medical records and general office clerical duties.
Performs patient care tasks following clinic standards of care as defined in policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School graduate or equivalent.
BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
Required to successfully completion of Assessment-Based Recognition (ABR) program in order entry for electronic health records (EHRs) within 30 days of hire.

SALARY RANGE

$20.41-$30.02/hour (PCT Clinic) 14% PRN differential
$21.23-$31.22/hour (CNA Clinic) 14% PRN differential
$22.08 to $32.47/hour (MA Clinic) 14% PRN differential
Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for PCT/CNA/MA
