Shift Details:
Tuesday Thursday8:00 am 1:30 pm
Hours per Week: 12 hour

Oakdale & Woodbury MN
Job Description:
Applicants must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to qualify for this position. You will be responsible for cleaning two apartment buildings located less than 10 minutes apart.
Job Duties:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms (including toilets and sinks)
- Maintain community rooms and common areas
- Empty and replace trash cans
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and current car insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
- Physically able to bend lift up to 30 lbs. walk quickly and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Willing to consent to a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic English proficiency required for safety
