FT Monday-Friday AM Shift

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

  • Masters Degree in a mental health field

  • Will Consider:
    • Enrollment in a practicum course at an accredited Masters Degree program in a mental health field (time limited) or
    • Awaiting BBS registration number (time limited)
  • MHSII - One (1) year of experience in a mental health field; experience should be with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings preferred.
  • MHSIII - Two (2) years of experience in a mental health field; experience should be with children or adolescents in residential or outpatient settings preferred.
  • MHSII - BBS Associate (AMFT ASW APCC) registration or as listed above enrollment in a practicum course and in an accredited masters degree program in a mental health field or awaiting BBS registration number.
  • MHSIII - LMFT LPCC or LCSW license in California
  • Valid California Drivers License.

NOTE: Must possess a valid California Drivers Licenseand maintain a driving record that meets the company drivers eligibility policy.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

This position has primary responsibility for providing mental health services and case management services to children or adolescents and their families referred to Community Services. Services may include engagement assessment evaluation individual/family/group therapy and case management. The position acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support addition the position documents and bills for mental health and case management services and completes outcomes information.

  • Works with clients ages 6-18
  • Telehealth community clinic and home - based services
  • Variety of metal health issues addressed
  • Provides services to clients throughout Santa Clara County
