This is what you will do

As Teamlead Cleaning & Hygiene you are responsible for coordinating and managing a team of colleagues who ensure a clean tidy and hygienic working environment. Your team consists of 10 to 12 colleagues whom you manage directly. You will work closely with internal and external parties to ensure that our facilities are always clean and safe for our colleagues and also those of our mechanization partner Wioss. You will also operate machines yourself for which you will be partly trained as an operator. Within the frameworks you have a lot of freedom towards your team but of course results remain important.

• Participating on the floor to contribute together with your colleagues and to clean neat environment where work can be done safely;
• Coordinating cleaning activities. This means dividing and assigning tasks to both internal and external colleagues and parties while ensuring efficiency and timeliness;
• You give technical instructions motivate and supervise employees;
• You are responsible for the administrative recording and report to your supervisor about any particularities.

Where you will be working

You will be working at the Central Fresh Distribution Center in Nieuwegein. As Teamlead Cleaning & Hygiene you are part of the production team. Together you will ensure a smoothly running operation so that all products arrive on time and tidy at our stores or online customers.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate with two or more years of experience in logistics or manufacturing and who is looking for a nice next step where we will develop the managerial component together.
