Job Summary

Experience: 3 - 10 years (open to motivated junior engineers with strong flight mechanics base)

Core Skills

1. Flight Mechanics Understanding

Strong grasp of how an aircraft flies (aerodynamics lift drag thrust pitch etc.)
Ability to interpret flight behaviour under failures (engine loss flap jam etc.)
Capable of identifying inconsistencies in simulations or data.

2. Analytical & Systemic Thinking

Ability to work within complex environments with many interfaces (15 - 20 stakeholders).
Strong analytical and synthesis skills to structure and summarize technical data.

3. Tools & Simulation

Experience with simulation tools is a plus but not mandatory.
